| The project consisted of Master Planning and developing a 7 acre tract of land into office and support buildings. Included are two office buildings with over 12,000 sf and support structures of 20,000 sf. We developed a design that is functional and appealing to the Owner's desires. | The gymnastics center opened nine months after the owner comissioned LDA Architects to relocate their facilities. We provided assistance with site selection, zoning approval, and utility coordination, as well as traditional architectural services. The 18,000 sf building is used for private instruction of gymnastics and dance.
