This surgery suite was renovated to replace an existing surgery unit while allowing the unit to be operational during construction. The project consisted of over 20,000 sf, including 12 new surgery suites. The suites were designed to accomodate heart transplants, orthopedic surgery, and ENT procedures. Multiple phases and close coordination with the client was necessary for a successful completion.
