This project consisted of renovating an
existing 8,100 sf wallcovering showroom
into a Cosmetic Surgery Center. The
Surgery Center was renovated to
include
two surgery rooms, supporting clinical
areas and an elegant reception/waiting
area. The existing building was setback from the street almost 200 ft and hidden behind trees making it difficult for clients to see from the street. LDA Architects developed a design that would provide visibility as well as be appealing to the clientele.The renovation allows for growth of the practice and provides a functional operation that is efficient in a highly competitive field. |
